E-Government Strategies & Policies

E-government is a prevalent concept in today's world, resulting from the application of information and communication technologies (ICT) within the public sector. Given the numerous benefits e-government offers nations, assessing its progress is of great importance. In alignment with the general administrative system policies issued by the Supreme Leader, as well as, directives and circulars from the government and supervisory bodies regarding e-government development, the Specialized Company for Water and Electricity Construction Management and Supply (SATKAB) has leveraged its full capacity to advance the goals outlined in the comprehensive e-government development roadmap, thereby playing a significant role in the administrative system's operational processes.

The measures taken are as follows:

Identification and enumeration of two major services and one specific function;

Preparation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all services—in compliance with standards issued by the Administrative and Recruitment Organization—available on the SATKAB website at the "Services" page

Drafting and formulation of the enterprise architecture document, available on the SATKAB website at the "Enterprise Architecture Document" page

Configuration of the organization's website in accordance with established standards;

Publication of verified service profiles, digital service delivery guides, FAQs, service acquisition guides, organizational email addresses, contact numbers for responsive experts, and service-specific frequently asked questions under the "Services" section. Location: Services

Electronic collection and analysis of public feedback

Soliciting public suggestions regarding service delivery improvements (surveys)

Publication of the approved citizen participation strategy regarding service delivery on the Satkab Company portal (Services Page)

Publication of the privacy statement on the Satkab Company portal (Services Page)
