Operational Plans:
1- Establishing a platform to connect domestic supply and demand for goods and services
2- Identifying investment opportunities and creating conditions to attract investors for the domestic manufacturing and commercialization of equipment required by the water and electricity industries
3- Establishing a mechanism to evaluate the qualifications of exporters of goods and technical-engineering services
4- Facilitating the "first-time production" of strategic, high-priority items for the water and electricity industries
5- Pursuing the establishment of innovation centers for (a) electricity and energy, and (b) water and wastewater (two separate centers)
6- Laying the groundwork for a centralized approach to developing smart technologies within the water and electricity industries, in alignment with the Ministry of Energy's policies
